Of extraordinary reliability the Lump Breaker Mill mod. "MR 500" is used for the shattering of big sized raw materials. The machine is studied for withstanding the wear and tear, it is made up of a casing in plate of big thickness, two motorized shafts with crusher spikes or disks coated with antiabrasive material (the number and the thickness of the crusher spikes or disks depends on client requirement).
The machine has a bedplate that can be fixed with bolts on a structure in steel or with wedges on a foundation in armed cement.
Thanks to the power of the motor and to its strength, it doesn't find obstacles to the sharpening of large quantity of material.
A loading hopper can be installed on the upper part.
