The Ribbon Crusher FCN is one of the models studied to resolve the problem of the production’s discards.
It’s constituted by a grinding group positioned above a linear ribbon.
It can be installed under the expulsion of the sorting line; after the shattering wreeks will be collected in a large case (if you don't have a system of harvest discards buried).
Thanks to its small dimensions, the model FCN can also be positioned directly under the load of breakup and to the kiln exit.
This type of crusher considerably reduces the volume of the discard, because it grinds the material producing small and irregular wrecks.
